Fredrik is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has extensive experience representing clients in, amongst others, the real estate, industry and trade sector with negotiations of commercial agreements. He specializes on M&A, real estate and commercial agreements, but is also advising clients on matters regarding corporate law and general business law on a regular basis.
As an expert on Swedish real estate law he frequently acts as an advisor in real estate M&A deals, as well as on matters related to commercial rental law and general real estate law. Within his specialization in contract law he reviews, drafts and negotiates distribution, agency and manufacturing agreements, contracts of strategic importance regarding long term co-operations and transaction related contracts. Fredrik also acts as counsel in litigations.
