Ida is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and she has several years of experience working with business law. She joined Fram in 2022. She has a wide experience of providing advice to clients in business law and she is specialized in foundation law (trust law), dispute resolution and private legal.
She has broad knowledge and experience in working with foundations and trusts, primarily Swedish charitable foundations. She assists in the process of formation of new foundations as well as with the running activities, and she is often engaged as board member.
Ida regularly assists clients with employment and labor law.
Ida also has a long-standing experience in assisting clients with dispute resolution. During 2021, she successfully argued a case regarding inheritance before the Swedish Supreme Court (case no. NJA 2021 s 605).
